This is the Space Warp Desktop, a desk toy imported from Japan that features either chromed ball bearing or glowing orbs perpetually rotating on a clear track. Flip a switch behind to select which type of balls you like, while the ones you don’t want are automatically sorted and stored in the base. It measures 12″ Long x 10″ high x 5.5″ deep and powered by 3 AA Batteries. Demonstration available after the jump.
The glowing balls are powered by a built in UV light in the base which charges them up, causing them to glow as they roll down the track only to be charged up again at the end of the run.
